Time Tracker
The project was aimed at simplifying time and task management across the organization. The app allows employees to manage multiple projects simultaneously and break them down into detailed tasks.

My work goals:

worked closely with business owners and developers to define the product concept;

conducted UX research to identify user needs and usage scenarios;

set up A/B testing to validate key hypotheses;

contributed to shaping long-term product strategy and competitive positioning;

designed and implemented a unified design system, ensuring consistency across interfaces.
